| Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Sales Tax: If shipping to a Georgia address we collect 8% sales tax. ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE HELD 15 WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW FUNDS TO CLEAR THE BANK. THERE IS A $25.00 FEE ON ALL BOUNCED CHECKS.
Returns: We accept returns or exchanges within 15 business days of the ship date. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount only- not the shipping costs. Normal shipping rates apply for re-shipments. All products are sold as curios only. We make no supernatural claims. All names are "brand names" only, and their respective alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years.
Our Shipping schedule is Monday-Friday, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Ordering & Shipping Policies: We normally ship your order the same day it is received or the next business day, (excluding weekends), unless we are temporarily out of stock of an item or unless the item has been discontinued. In either case you will be notified and an estimated ship date will be given, if necessary. We offer five levels of service: All orders are shipped from Atlanta and transit time is determined by where you live (destination point).
International Shipments: Because Shipping Costs vary so widely due to the Weight of the package and the Country we are shipping to- We use Medium Priority Flat Rate Boxes. Please place your order and we will weigh it AND THEN CONTACT YOU with the Correct Shipping Charges if there any corrections that need to be made -via e-mail. We will not process your order until you have approved the total charges (including shipping).
Service Level Options: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) - Parcel Post, 1st Class, and Priority Service.
- Takes 2-9 business days, depending on the service and destination point.
United Parcel Service (UPS) - Ground Service-
- Takes 2-7 business days, depending on the destination point. Delivery to residences usually cost more that USPS Rates
PLEASE NOTE: In certain instances when packages exceed a certain weight-even when selecting Options #1 or #2- we may have to charge you more than the standard rate quoted above. Many of our items are heavy- especially the glass candles- which adds greatly to postage and handling costs. If we do have to charge you more, you will be notified.
We reserve the right to use some discretion when dealing with Out Of Stock back ordered items. If item is out of stock you will be issued a credit or item will be substituted and sent. We guarantee it will be of equal use and value or better
Damaged Items & Lost Packages Policy: Policy for damaged items and lost packages shipped within the USA or Internationally: It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier and make the appropriate claim for the damaged items or lost packages. Most carriers (including USPS) will only accept a claim made by the recipient, not by the shipper which is why our policy on damaged goods and lost packages states that you contact the carrier and make the claim and request that all monetary awards be issued in your name.
Important!! Invalid shipping information, Failure To Receive Your Package and Failure to Pick Up Your Package!
If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address or are unavailable to receive your package and it ends up being held at your local Post Office it becomes your responsibility to pick it up within 15 Days. If you fail to do so and the package comes back to us, Augustine's Spiritual Goods, you must pay the additional exact shipping & handling charges it will cost to have it re-delivered to you. If you fail to pay the exact shipping charges for redelivery of your package within 30 days of our notice to you, we will assume you have relinquished all moneys and rights to ownership of the package and we will not be responsible for what happens to it.
RUSH ORDERS: All Rush orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of Payment. Rush orders are only accepted Monday - Thursday . Exact postage/shipping charges will be applied to your Credit Card along with an additional $5.00 to cover the cost of your "Rush Order". Some of our services. If you lack the confidence or the privacy to perform your own candle burning, we will do it for you. Take the possible inconvenience out of burning glass prayer candles for both you and your loved ones. No more worrying about someone finding them and blowing them out. No more worrying about the possibility of something catching on fire. Ms Beverly will dress and prepare your candles using our root oils and herbal powders. All candles are blessed and prayed over by us every morning before opening the store. A parchment seal with your petition written on it, along with any names you may want included, is placed under the candle. Burning your candles on spiritual altars increases the strength of the candle because each altar at is dedicated to a specific purpose. Each altar is consecrated and offerings of incense, herbs are presented each day. The daily burning of incense and recital of prayers helps draw down the spirits and saints to the altar, increasing the chances of having your petition answered. When ordering send us the type of candle you desire, who the candle is for and your petition. If you are unsure of the type of candle needed than simply tell us about your situation and we will choose a candle that best suits your particular problem, concern or condition.
