We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, + American Express.
Note :: We only ship to the billing address of the card used. Address, City, State, and Zipcode of the billing address must match the shipping address... no exceptions!
SALES TAX
If shipping to a Georgia address, we collect 8% sales tax. ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE HELD 15 WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW FUNDS TO CLEAR THE BANK. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping days are Tuesday, Thursday, + Saturday :: Orders received on Saturday + Monday will be shipped on TUESDAY, orders received on Tuesday will be shipped on THURSDAY, orders received on Thursday + Friday will be shipped on SATURDAY. Expect your order to be delivered in about 7 working days. Please note that all prices on this site are for internet-placed orders only. Orders by phone or in store may vary due to many different circumstances. We reserve the right to use some discretion when dealing with 'Out of Stock' back ordered items. If the item is out of stock, you will be issed a credit or item will be substituted and sent to you. We guarantee it will be of equal use or a better value.
SERVICE LEVEL OPTIONS
USPS (US Postal Service) :: shipping takes between 2-9 business days, depending on the service + destination point.
IMPORTANT :: Please note, in certain instances when packages exceed a certain weight, we may have to charge you more than the standard rate quoted above. Many of our items are heavy, especially the glass candles, which adds greatly to postage + handling costs. If we do have to charge you more, you will be notified. For rush orders, there is an additional $5 fee. We reserve the right to use some discretion when dealing with Out of Stock or back-ordered items. If an item is out of stock, you will be issued a credit or the item will be substituted with an item of equal or greater value.
RUSH ORDERS
All rush orders are shipping USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of payment. Rush orders are only accepted Monday through Thursday. Exact postage + shipping charges will be applied to your debit/credit card along with an additional $5 to cover the cost of the rush order process. INVALID SHIPPING INFORMATION OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE PACKAGE
If you have given us an incorrect shipping address or are unavailable to receive your package, and thus ends up being held at your local Post Office - it becomes your responsilbility to pick it up with 15 days. If you fail to do so, and the package comes back to us, you must pay the additional exact shipping + handling charges it will cost to have it re-delivered to you. If you fail to pay the exact shipping charges for re-delivery of your package within 30 days of our notice to you, we will assume you have relinquished all moneys + rights to ownership of the package + we will not be responsible for what happens to it.
DAMAGED ITEMS + LOST PACKAGES POLICY
Our policy for damaged items + lost packages covers shipments completed within the USA. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier and make the appropriate claim for the damaged items or lost packages. Most carriers (including USPS) will only accept a claim made by the recipient, not by the shipper (Miller's Rexall), which is why our policy on damaged goods + lost packages states that you contact the carrier and make the claim request that all monetary awards be issued in your name.
RETURNS
GENERAL INFORMATION
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 business days of the shipping date. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount only, we do NOT include the shipping costs. Normal shipping rates apply for reshipments. All are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years. There is a 15% restocking fee for merchandise returned in a resaleable state. For any missing items, the price will be deducted from your credit. Any returns necessitated by our error will be fully credited along with first class postage.
